To aid this expansion, they’re looking for someone to lead their engineering function, a 25-strong team distributed globally and responsible for everything infrastructure, development, and automation. They’re looking for an innovative leader, someone who stays updated with the latest tools, and has a growth mindset to make the current teams the best they can be.

With the scope of this role, it isn’t just the technology and people management side which is important - passion for the project and journey is imperative. You’ll not just be a manager but will know what growth is and have the vision and business strategy to make it happen.
