What you’ll do.

You’ll build deep backend systems in Python that power intelligent workflows, alongside the infrastructure that keeps them running reliably. That means tackling scalability, designing for messy real-world environments, and making things work where they normally wouldn’t.

Kubernetes, cloud, distributed systems; it’s all part of the puzzle. You won’t sit in a lane either; this cuts across infrastructure, product, and architecture.

What they’re looking for.

Someone strong in Python who actually enjoys backend engineering and understanding systems at a deeper level. Experience with infrastructure or DevOps helps, especially if you’ve worked with Kubernetes.

More importantly, you’re curious. You like pulling things apart, improving them, and building from scratch. If you’ve been around early-stage teams or spend time experimenting with new tools, you’ll likely fit in.
