Senior Software Engineer (AI Security)

You will be working on complex backend engineering challenges, building scalable services and developing technology that needs to perform reliably in demanding environments. One day you might be designing systems that process large volumes of data. The next, you could be developing APIs, improving existing services or working alongside other engineers to bring new ideas into production.

There is a strong sense of ownership throughout the engineering team. Engineers are trusted to contribute to technical direction, challenge existing approaches, and take ideas from early design through to production. You won't simply be handed tickets and asked to code. You'll be encouraged to think critically about problems and help shape the solutions.

From a technical perspective, strong backend development experience is the most important thing. Experience with Java would be particularly useful, although a solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance and software design principles matters far more than any single framework. Experience working with high volume data systems or cloud native environments would be valuable, but curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are just as important.
