As a key member of the AI infrastructure team, you'll take ownership of the systems that power large-scale model training, architecting and optimising distributed workloads across multi-node GPU clusters in AWS. You'll focus on removing bottlenecks throughout the training pipeline, maximising GPU utilisation, improving throughput, and ensuring training is as efficient and cost-effective as possible. You'll also play a critical role in managing cluster orchestration with Slurm and Kubernetes while helping evolve the platform to support next-generation GPU infrastructure and specialised compute providers.

This is an opportunity to work across the full AI training stack, from PyTorch-based learning frameworks and distributed training libraries through to networking, storage, and high-performance infrastructure. Working side by side with an exceptional team in the London lab, you'll have significant ownership over core systems, influence key technical decisions, and help build the platform that will underpin the company's future AI breakthroughs.
