Principal Platform Engineer

The Technical Core:
This is a role for a true expert. You’ll be driving innovation across a modern stack, including:

• AWS: Architecting and scaling robust cloud environments.
• Kubernetes: Orchestrating complex, high availability container strategies.
• Terraform: Defining Infrastructure as Code at an enterprise scale.

What you’ll be doing:

• Technical Mastery: Serving as the go to expert for core technologies, ensuring the AWS and K8s environments hit the highest gold standards.
• Strategic Influence: Anticipating technical hurdles before they exist and presenting clear, simple solutions to non technical stakeholders.
• Scaling Knowledge: Leading peer learning groups, delivering training, and driving recruitment efforts to bring in more top-tier talent.
• High-Impact Delivery: Supporting the sales process and leveraging a massive partner network to solve complex problems with innovative Terraform tooling.
