Lead Platform Engineer

The Technical Core:

This is a role for a true expert. You’ll be driving innovation across a modern stack, including:

• AWS: Architecting and scaling robust cloud environments.
• Kubernetes: Orchestrating complex, high availability container strategies.
• Terraform: Defining Infrastructure as Code at an enterprise scale.

What you’ll be doing:
 

• Technical Mastery: Serving as the go to expert for core technologies, ensuring the AWS and K8s environments hit the highest gold standards.
• Strategic Influence: Anticipating technical hurdles before they exist and presenting clear, simple solutions to non technical stakeholders.
• Scaling Knowledge: Sharing technical expertise, mentoring engineers, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives, and helping strengthen the wider engineering team.
• High-Impact Delivery: Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to solve complex infrastructure challenges using innovative Terraform solutions.
