Join a rising company in the web hosting industry who are renowned for their outstanding customer support. This company has built up over 4500 clients and is working on over 400 servers. Avoid the troubles from bureaucratic corporate offices and make your mark in an expanding company.
You will progress your CentOS experience and have the opportunity to learn Ceph, Cpanel and Proxmox Virtualisation management software. You will benefit from being part of exciting new projects involving the replacement of the email spam scanning cluster and introducing server work logs. In addition to this, the role will lead and be at the forefront of the launch of a new web hosting service.
Working within a small team, this role benefits from a relaxed environment to tackle the tech challenges that arise. With exciting growth plans in place, this company is looking to grow quickly and is looking for you to provide the technical direction.
You will be maintaining a high uptime Linux server at a high level of service and upkeeping a virtualized environment. You will also take the lead on the innovation front of the servers and will make suggestions on methods for improvement. There will also be the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team as they are brought in with the company's expansion.
