This company is on the hunt for an IT Support Engineer who is as passionate about Macs and JAMF as they are about music.
Get ready to rock your role by maintaining and developing their end-user devices, rolling out zero-touch deployment and managing everything from Mac to Windows devices. You'll be the hero of their asset tracking database, the go-to guru for troubleshooting, and the zen master of ZenDesk.
Plus, you'll keep their gear stocked, configure JAMF like a pro, and handle user onboarding/offboarding with the finesse of a chart-topping hit.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years of IT support experience in an Apple-centric world, JAMF pro expertise and basic scripting chops.
