Plus, you'll keep their gear stocked, configure JAMF like a pro, and handle user onboarding/offboarding with the finesse of a chart-topping hit.
They are looking for someone with 3+ years of IT support experience in an Apple-centric world, JAMF pro expertise and basic scripting chops.
