Your in depth Bare Metal experience is required, joining a largely remote team. This is a long-term contract that will extend multiple times.
This organisation is known country-wide, and based in the North of England. The role can be fully remote, however, if you're Manchester or Stoke based and willing to do a day-or-so in the office per week, it would be preferred.
The project is focused around Bare Metal automation of new servers, using Ansible, however, retrospectively you will be doing this to all of the existing servers...
To take this one on you will need the following skills:
- Bare metal experience
- Strong Linux fundamentals
- Expert level Ansible
- Python Scripting is a big plus
