The company is coming out of stealth following a pre-seed funding round of almost £10 million. Founded by Oxford graduates and serial entrepreneurs, the team has a proven track record of building successful ventures, having previously scaled a business from startup to millions in annual revenue. They’re now bringing that experience to their latest venture, with the ambition to build something equally significant.

They’re building AI agents that help businesses automate time consuming tasks and make their day to day operations more efficient. Their technology works with the systems businesses already use, helping to process information, create documents and carry out complex tasks with less manual input. Rather than building another AI chatbot, they’re focused on creating practical AI products that solve real business problems and make a genuine difference to how companies work.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly ambitious team where engineering and product development go hand in hand. You won't simply be handed specifications and asked to implement them. You'll work directly with the founders and customers to understand real problems, identify opportunities, decide what to build and take solutions from initial idea through to production. You will have genuine ownership over the product, with the freedom to move quickly, experiment with new approaches and make decisions that directly influence the direction of the business.

We’re looking for ambitious engineers with strong academic backgrounds and experience in high performing startup/scale up environments, who can demonstrate the value they would bring to an early stage business. You’ll be someone who takes initiative, thrives on ownership and is comfortable figuring things out independently. We want people who are willing to get stuck in, tackle difficult problems and go beyond simply delivering what’s asked of them, with the drive and commitment to help build the business into the future.
