At our recent DevOps Exchange London event, we welcomed Colin Humphrey to the stage from Funding Circle.
Colin explained to the audience the importance of SLO's within an organisation and how we should be using them.
SLOs are a shift in the way organisations think about the products and software they own, which shifts the perspective on monitoring, alerting and most importantly decision making from the ‘inside out’ to the ‘outside in’ with a focus on measuring what really matters, the customer.
