An evening with Gene Kim

You read that right - Gene Kim, Author, Researcher, Director, Speaker and all-round DevOps extraordinaire will be joining the DevOps Exchange to discuss his much anticipated, newly released book:
The Unicorn Project - A Novel about Digital Disruption, Redshirts, and Overthrowing the Ancient Powerful Order
If you haven't heard of Gene Kim, don't worry, we can catch you up.
Gene is a multiple award-winning CTO, researcher and author. He has featured in the InfoWorld "Top Up & Coming CTOs To Watch", the Portland Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" AND IT World's "40 Innovative IT People to Watch Under the Age of 40" lists.
When he's not winning awards, Gene studies the technology transformations of large, complex organisations and is incredibly passionate about how IT companies transform "from Good to Great".
His book, The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps and Helping Your Business Win, is widely considered a must-read for anyone who works in, or with, IT. He is also the author of The DevOps Handbook (2016), the Shingo Publication Award-winning Accelerate (2018), and The Visible Ops Handbook (2004-2006) series.
Gene's newest novel, The Unicorn Project, was launched in November, and he has kindly agreed to talk about it with members of the DevOps Exchange, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
We will be broadcasting Gene's talk to multiple DevOps Exchange communities, with DOXLON being kindly hosted at Sainsbury's Technology Hub.
