AI Exchange July ft Coralogix, WeBuild-AI, Cato Networks
AI Exchange July
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night, despite the travel chaos and the extreme weather conditions in London. Thankfully, the air-con saved the day, and we were able to sit back and enjoy the three talks from; Coralogix, WeBuild-AI and Cato Networks.
From using AI to bring visibility to coding agents, to uncovering hidden security risks buried in complex policies, and proving that smaller language models can outperform their larger counterparts in the right scenarios, the event explored how AI is solving real engineering challenges across software development, cybersecurity and infrastructure.
Lewis at Coralogix discussed the evolving role of AI powered code agents in software development workflows. He dived into the importance of observing and managing these agents with the same precision as human developers by using tools like OpenTelemetry and Coralogix’s observability platform to ensure effective, secure, and cost efficient code delivery.
Elena at WeBuild-AI, who stepped in (again) at the last minute spoke about her experience handing over software development tasks to an AI agent called the Ralph Wiggum (after the Simpon’s) loop, which automates code implementation while iterating until all quality gates are met.
Finally Avidan at Cato Networks introduced the concept of a contextual agentic garbage collector, a smart AI driven system designed to detect and clean up misconfigured security policies, such as temporary, testing, or expired rules, before attackers can exploit them.
Thank you again to everyone who joined us, our speakers and host Coralogix for hosting us, despite the heatwave!
Our next event is scheduled for the 30th July, where we will be hosted by Tessl. Details will be announced shortly via our Meetup page. Hopefully the weather will return to normal UK standards by then, but judging by this summer, who knows
We look forward to seeing you at the end of July!
Thanks,
Tony, Leah and the AI Exchange Team
