The leading consultancy approached LinuxRecruit for support on their ambiitous growth plans for their Digital Services Function. Typically, the internal talent team had supported Kainos' sustainable growth with headcount goals of around 100 - 150 per quarter. In 2021, their roadmap to 2025 was released, with the ambitious goal of growing their Digital Services to a team of 4,000 spread across the globe. A daunting task for some, but not for LinuxRecruit. 

With a heavy public client base, the pandemic ushered in a sense of urgency for digital transformation, particularly across healthcare. Simultaneously, Kianos' client base across the private sector was increasingly gowing. With incredible Cloud, MLOps and Data solutions, Kainos is busier than ever.

In 2021 alone, LinuxRecruit placed 17 engineers across multiple disciplines in Kainos to support their ambitious growth plans.
