The Challenge
Deliveroo hire extensivley for both permanent and contract roles and were expanding across several technical areas of the business including; SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud and Software Development. Deliveroo needed multiple hires in a short time frame and required a specialist agency that could successfully cover several niche areas of their technical department.
With the events of 2020/2021, Deliveroo saw a exponential rise in demand for their services, putting strain on the exisiting team responsible for their high availaibility environment. They needed technical talent, and they needed it fast.
