We are putting together a crack team of technologists who are interested in exploring the diverse world of SRE and your skills could be just what we need.


At just over a year old, we are helping accelerate the growth of a local gaming business who have been experimenting with the best ways in which they can make their infrastrucure more observable, realiable and secure as they continue their steady trajectory of growth.


You will ideally come from a Software Engineering background, using your ability to code for building bespoke tooling to enhance and automate this companies vast platform - heavily based on Linux with some Windows thrown in. They breed a 'build and host it ourselves' mentality with a small presence of Public Cloud on AWS. A journey they would welcome your input on.


You will be language agnostic, working witht he code that best suits the task at hand. The ability to craft code to tackle infrastrucure problems is key - they use a mix of Python, Golang, JavaScript and Shell. Monitooring and logging is a key focus and they work with a few different products including Splunk, Nimsoft, ELK and InfluxDB.


Being a new team within the business, you will be given the autonomy and encourgament to experiment, think outside the box and work on some truly exprimental stuff. A DevOps mentality or prior understanding of SRE princiapls would be of real intersest too.
