An exciting Digital Media Agency are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team. This company work with some of the world's biggest and most iconic brands, running their digital and media campaigns to help maintain their success and their status as a household name. This company need someone to join their team and assist with the desktop, telephone and remote support of their global user base in a challenging and stimulating environment.

Your previous experience as a 1st or even 2nd line Support Analyst, and your secure knowledge of Mac and Windows environments will make you an asset to this company. They need your experience with Apple hardware and software, as well as the administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange to help keep the company's IT infrastructure running smoothly. Any exposure to JAMF or SCCM would also be of benefit to anyone applying for this position.
