Combining Data Science and DevOps, sounds interesting, right?

Well…I have an opportunity to join a well established Data Analytics company who have won countless awards over the years and are growing from strength to strength. They have built a Software as a Service data solution that enables businesses to capture, manage and use data to analyse and transform their operations.

They have gone through a 2 year digital transformation project, moving all their monolithic applications into microservices, migrating to a heavy Linux environment and they aren't stopping there. You could be joining a technically focused entity in a transitional phase of development, working on an exciting greenfield project. You'll play a vital role in this period of growth with a core focus on AWS engineering and everything as code.

You'll be coming in as a Senior member of their team where you'll be designing, developing and in some cases owning their automated deployment, maintenance and monitoring of their SaaS products. Also, you'll be working with Technical Architects and Information Security, to help design and implement robust procedures for deployment to internal and external environments on AWS.

You will need at least 3+ years working with many AWS services, using Terraform to write infrastructure as code, programming in Python and be very comfortable working in a heavy Linux environment. Also if you're working with Docker and ECS/Kubernetes that would highly advantageous

This company has always had a flexible remote working policy but when things do go back to normal they will be working 3 days remote and 2 times in the office.
