Multiple hires at Mid, Senior and Lead level, hence a salary range of £70,000 - £120,000 base.

You'll have heard of this company and probably have the app on your phone. One of the stand-out tech companies of recent years who are one of the most respected, progressive technology companies in the world, let alone the UK. Currently they are scaling, and looking for top engineers to join them in their Production Engineering team, which sits at the heart of the business.

You'll use your software engineering knowledge to build new features and applications, but also have the opportunity to work with cloud technologies, solving complex problems that effect a customer base of millions and millions. The tech stack is Golang/Ruby/Scala, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes amongst others.

Mindset and attitude outweighs specific technical expertise. Whilst it would be great that you have used the above technologies, it is not a requirement. The team is diverse and come from many tech backgrounds. For them, it's about finding people with a deep appreciation for technology and how it can be used. If you are open to adapting and learning to the above technologies, this will be worth exploring.

You'll be the type of person who enjoys a collaborative, product-driven approach to software development. Working in a specialised pod you'll be involved in wider decisions around system architecture, roadmapping, R&D, defining best practices and mentoring.

It is fully remote for now with a plan to go back in to the office roughly 2 or 3 times a week, which is based in the City of London. This of course will be post-COVID, whenever that will be!
