Coding in JavaScript, Python and looking for a fully remote position in a growing tech start-up?

This is your chance to join an expanding team as a Full Stack (JavaScript/Python) engineer to build a state-of-the-art FinTech platform.

You'll be joining a company that invests in, and truly understands the value of technology. Your focus day-to-day will be on JavaScript development using React and React Native across both web and mobile platforms as well as some back-end work with Python.

This is a scaling, specialised tech firm with a collaborative working culture. At just under 15 engineers you will naturally be involved in the wider environment, including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, microservices, API designs and CI/CD. All of these would be a nice to have but certainly not a dealbreaker, providing you have JavaScript and Python knowledge and happy to learn this tech stack.

From 6+ years of recruiting these types of position I believe the development environment is what 90%+ of engineers are looking for. Open, collaborative and you'll have full visibility on what's going on. Your voice will be heard - expect to be involved in discussions on system architecture, strategy, tech road mapping and R&D.

The company itself is modern and progressive, not only in terms of tech but working culture. You'll have access to state of the art offices and equipment and 100% full remote working (UK hours). You may need to head to London once every couple of months or so for a team get-together, other than that it's fully remote.
