Ok. Maybe not that unique but give me five paragraphs of your time to explain how this one stands out from the crowd of a thousand other similar roles you are pitched on the daily.


We are working with a Fintech Start-up (√), doing blockchain (√) and adopting a DevOps culture (√) - the trifecta! This company though is backed by one of the largest asset management companies around, developing a tech driven trading platform for CC.


Your commercial experience or keen interest with GCP will come in handy here. You will be tasked with leveraging Google Clouds best services to ensure complete observability and reliability within their infrastructure.


One of these services is Kubernetes but unlike a thousand other similar roles you are pitched on the daily, you don't need high level production experience here. You will be using GKE to schedule, maintain and manage your clusters that GCP has kindly spun up for you already.


You will be tackling modern infrastructure problems in production environments using your coding ability. Golang experience would be ace but don't shy away if you have been using other languages like Python or PHP instead.


Technologists are at the heart of the product with over half of the company making up the tech team. You will be 100% hands on from the get-go and be given the opportunity to build a like-minded team around you as the platform scales.
