Leadership... it manifests itself in many different ways, especially in the world of technology. In this instance, I want to discuss Technical Leadership; in this role as SRE Lead, your focus will be less about people management and more about architectural input.
Working closely with the Head of Platform, you will help define the technical roadmap, as well as outlining the overall strategy for the organisation's SRE function.
You will also remain very much hands-on. In terms of cloud-related infrastructure, your focus will be on GCP where you will also leverage a containerised tech environment running Kubernetes (GKE).
