As data volumes grow and observability costs rise, this is a rare chance to join a high-growth SaaS company that’s redefining how modern teams manage logs, metrics, traces, and data. With a clear trajectory toward IPO and global expansion, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor.
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to some of the most forward-thinking technology teams in the industry. If you’re highly technical, client facing, and passionate about Observability, this is the role for you!
From running technical demonstrations and POCs, to guiding complex integrations and shaping customer strategies, you’ll be hands on with the latest in cloud infrastructure and observability stacks. Whether troubleshooting issues, delivering executive presentations, or advising on long term architecture, your work will directly impact customer success and business growth.
You’ll bring strong technical expertise across Kubernetes, containers, and cloud platforms, alongside hands-on experience with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana. Equally important is your experience in pre-sales and working directly with clients. In return, you’ll receive a competitive package, including stock options, and the chance to join a fast paced, high growth company on a clear IPO trajectory, making a real impact from day one.
