Senior Project Manager (Mergers and Acquisitions)

If you're a seasoned Project Manager with solid experience working in mergers and acquisitions, this one could be a great next role for you! 9 months initially, but that is almost guaranteed to extend for another 9 (18 month project). 

The company is going through a separation programme, selling part of the business. As a result they need a PM to assist in this process who has prior experience in international pieces of work. Your role will be to ensure the transactions land in the right way for the organisation (Governance), following legal frameworks etc. You'll be managing the transaction whilst making sure governance is being adhered to in the right way. Managing working groups, raid logs, having a good view of risk/issue etc. 

They have 4x international territories (transactions) happening. You'll be taking charge of one of those transactions. It's a very fast paced area of business to be involved in, so they need someone who loves to jump into the deep end, head first! 

Key attributes:
 

• Proven Senior PM 
• Strong mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience 
• Operational work in a range of areas (tech, HR, operations, legal, customer Service, Infra etc) 
• Business execution experience 
• Work cross-functionally
