Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst to join their growing team. The company is a biomedical research organisation possessing a 24 petabyte database, which includes blood samples, heart and brain scans from over 500,000 UK participants and is accessible to approved researchers around the world who are working on health-related research in the public interest.
As the Senior Microsoft 365 Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and building secure, robust, and scalable Microsoft 365 services to support their existing and future work. You will provide technical support and drive ongoing service improvement for (but not limited to) Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, assisting with integrations, and providing subject matter expertise when required.
In order to succeed in this role, a few years of experience in administrating Microsoft 365 within a complex and large-scale environment is recommended. You should also have a proven track record of working on and leading collaboration projects using Microsoft technology, particularly Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate. A working knowledge of information security as well as a Microsoft 365 Certification are a great plus too!
