Senior Cloud Engineer (US Hours)

Well, this role could be the answer to all your problems - working fully-remotely and as part of a US team meaning work doesn’t start until 2pm.

This company has created waves in public culture for decades, and has made technology the forefront of their business since the mid-2000s. More recently this has involved a massive orchestration overhaul, utilising EKS to replace previously stand-alone Kubernetes clusters in an act to improve observability, security, and the addition of developer experience. 

With the majority of this development happening out of New York, we’re looking for someone comfortable working US-hours for maximum overlap, though there can be some flexibility for the right candidate. In addition to a strong background in containerisation, the environment is also built around AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, utilising an everything-as-code mentality across the organisation. Being able to code in Go, Python, or Node would also be a great plus.
