Security Director / Head of Security

We have an opportunity for a Security Director, or Head of Security who understands the landscape across modern Cloud Native Security processes.

Someone who is excited at the prospect of running a team of highly talented Security folk, within one of the most prestigious modern engineering companies in the UK. It's a billion dollar turnover company with a scale up mentality. 

You'll enjoy implementing security processes and procedures within a non corporate environment. You'll enjoy working somewhere that isn't a steady state, that is high demand, that iterates quickly and is always looking for the next challenge.

One day you'll be conversing with board level about strategic advances, the next you'll be digging deep with the team on Cloud, Container and SDLC security, gaining respect for your technical chops. You'll understand 'DevSecOps' (you may not love the term), but you'll be acutely aware of progressive security and engineering approaches. 

As well as running the Cloud Native Security function, you'll have a deep understanding of Policies and Governance, Ops and Engineering and be used to having to be regulate and audited. 

In addition to working in one of the most cutting edge Security Leadership roles in Europe, you'll also be working for a company attempting to change the face of the world for the better.
