Sales Support Administrator

Play a key role in supporting a high performing team's success and growth

The role of Sales Support within our business is crucial to ensure our Sales Team delivers the best service to our customers and hits their performance targets. As part of the Operations Team, you will also support business priorities such as onboarding, employee engagement, community events, and growing the LinuxRecruit brand.

LinuxRecruit is an international Tech Recruiter based in the heart of Central London. When joining us, you will be part of a high performing team who are true members of the Tech Community. This role has arisen to our continued growth and investment both in the UK and Internationally. You will be hired initially on a temporary basis with the view of the role going permanent.

In the space of a day, you could be planning our next wellbeing or team event, booking flights and hotels around the world for company trips and meetings, formatting CVs to help candidates secure an interview, creating sales materials, compiling reports, and preparing for new starters in the team.


To be successful in this role, you will:

• Pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service at all times, liaising with our customers and suppliers by phone, email and in person
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills for yourself and the wider team
• Utilise your administration skills to support the team in areas such as printing, scanning, arranging deliveries, booking travel, organising events, creating reports and sales material
• Take ownership of looking after the office environment
• Be comfortable using and learning systems and programmes such as our CRM, Google Drive, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Balance working through set tasks and instructions with using your initiative to problem solve
