You'll be responsible for:
 

• Building products that make an impact: Designing and developing scalable, reliable software and intuitive user experiences that customers genuinely depend on.
• Owning the entire engineering journey: Taking projects from initial concept through frontend, backend, deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Turning complex problems into simple solutions: Translating ambiguous customer challenges into well designed, practical technology.
• Moving fast and making things better: Shipping meaningful improvements regularly, learning from real customer feedback and continuously refining the product.
• Working at the intersection of product and engineering: Collaborating closely with designers, product teams and customers to create technology that solves real problems.
• Engineering for the future: Building maintainable, high quality systems that can evolve and scale alongside the company's growing customer base.

Think you've got what it takes?

Ideally, you'll bring:
 

• Strong software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping production ready applications.
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from initial design through development and deployment.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Strong product intuition, with an understanding of what makes software genuinely useful and enjoyable to use.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers and other engineering teams.
• The ability to design scalable, reliable and maintainable systems.
• Experience working in fast moving startups or environments where ownership and initiative are encouraged.
• A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge ideas, make decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
