Utilsing your skills and previous experience as a Recruiter you will support our Trainee Recruitment Consultants through the LinuxRecruit Academy and continue to work with them in their first 12 months to help them become consistent billers. You will do this through delivering impactful workshops, on the job coaching, and through sharing and developing our online Resource Hub. As well as working with our early talent you will work on wider business and people projects within your  areas of interest and expertise.

You will not be joining a standard L&D team. We have a high performance mentality that drives our learning culture.
