Are you an IT aficionado with a passion for Macs, JAMF, and the rhythm of the music industry? This leading UK record label is on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer who’s eager to fuse their technical expertise with their love for music. In this role, you will take charge of maintaining and developing a range of end-user devices, ensuring a seamless experience across both Mac and Windows platforms. From spearheading zero-touch deployments to managing the asset tracking database, you'll be the key figure in resolving technical issues and optimising their IT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will extend to configuring JAMF, overseeing user onboarding and offboarding, and keeping all the essential IT gear well-stocked and ready for action. With your 3+ years of experience in IT support within an Apple-centric environment and your proficiency in JAMF Pro and basic scripting, you'll be the key player in ensuring that their technological landscape runs smoothly and efficiently. Your troubleshooting skills will be invaluable, and your knack for managing both hardware and software will keep their team productive and their operations seamless.
