I’m sure by now Artificial intelligence has been crossed off your 2025 buzzword bingo sheet.
This is different. A “silicon valley” style start up, building something that will change computing globally, forever. Bringing the future to today.
Already successfully building a new class of artificial intelligence accelerators for optical computing, they’re looking for someone to come in and OWN the infrastructure. Responsibility for everything infrastructure and IT related. Hybrid cloud, on premise, containers to device management and access policies. You’ll set the standards for infrastructure and then grow the team alongside the company's scaling plans.
The day to day will be varied, you’ll get stuck into the management, troubleshooting and building of a complex infrastructure across Linux and AWS based servers, networks and storage. You will use Kubernetes heavily, so knowledge of them and their ecosystem will be important. You’ll delve into the security of the systems and the team's IT equipment - from identity management to threat detection. You’ll set the foundations to build a high performing IT function via great process and documentation to onboard into.
On offer for you is the chance to shape and grow a department at a company changing the future. They have a state of the art office where everyone is together everyday, solving problems and driving the company forward to turn it into an AI powerhouse. Your package will include stock, bonus, health insurance and an environment that breeds innovation and success.
