Despite how critical this is, the industry is still largely run on manual, outdated processes: spreadsheets, PDFs, and weeks or even months spent writing reports and documentation. It’s inefficient, frustrating, and ripe for change.

They’re building a fully AI native platform that automates the admin and paperwork that specialist engineers hate doing, so those engineers can focus actually solving real problems. The result is massive gains in productivity, better margins and software that operators genuinely want to use.

As Founding Engineer / Tech Lead, you’ll get stuck in from day one, with real ownership and influence. You’ll design and build the core platform, automate messy real world workflows, and shape how AI is actually used inside operational businesses.

You’ll also be backed to grow your own team, with a clear path to CTO before they get to Series A. This won’t be for everyone, there will be long nights and hard problems to solve but for the right person, the upside and ownership are exceptional.
