Where to start...!

Thank you to every single one of you who joined us last night as we spent the evening with one of the most influential icons in the DevOps industry, Gene Kim! One of the greatest hours the DevOps Exchange has ever witnessed.

We tuned in on this virtual event and listened to the master of DevOps and author of The Phoenix Project share his ideas behind his newly released book ‘Wiring the Winning Organization’ which was released in November 2023.

In his 45-minute talk, Gene delivered an impressive performance covering a multitude of topics, including;

• Examples of his biggest achievements and projects during the past 3 years whilst he was writing ‘Wiring the Winning Organization’
• The current state of DevOps market, including key predictions for the year ahead
• How organisations win by using three mechanisms to slowify, simplify, and amplify
• Why these mechanisms mentioned in his recent book are applicable to the DevOps community today
• Real life case studies of how organisations have successfully implemented slowify, simplify, and amplify (Netflix, Amazon and Adidas)
• Finally, an explanation of the ‘magic’ which winning organisations have
